All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Berlin, Germany.

Destinations

We ship across Europe and the United Kingdom.

United States: due to recent changes, many shipping providers are currently not accepting shipments to the USA. If you are ordering from the US, please contact us before purchasing so we can check the available options together.

Processing times

Every piece is handmade and hand-painted, and some items are made to order. Please allow a few working days for your order to be prepared before it ships. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Packaging

Ceramics are fragile by nature, so each piece is wrapped and protected with extra care. See our packaging page for details.

Returns

If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the parcel — we will make it right.

Care instructions

Hand wash only, with warm water and mild soap. Not recommended for dishwasher or microwave — this preserves the hand-painted and gold detailing.
